Boot Camp
Transform your body and lengthen your muscles while re-energizing you! Class begins with mobility warm-up to prepare the body for interval training. We will then mix in cardio and resistance training to increase lean muscle mass and help you cultivate a healthier metabolism. We'll end with a cool down and final stretches. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels as modifications will be provided by the instructor. Please bring a mat and water bottle. This program is being offer through a partnership with the Core Connection and Parks & Recreation!
