Yoga mat and weights lay by a window
Look and feel your best while improving strength, flexibility, and energy. We will work on the 6 Basic Fitness Components- strength, flexibility, cardio, nutrition, stress management, and balance. This class will also exercise the mind and body as we explore the latest aging research and health information. Participants are able to modify their workout routines with guidance from the instructor, thus creating a positive and safe environment where everyone can succeed in class! Karen is one of the first Senior Fitness Specialists to be certified by the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX, and host of 2 TV shows: Seniors on the Move and Fit For Life.
