Spin Class
Rhythm & Ride-MUSIC & ENERGY! This ride will have you pedaling to the beat with choreographed moves and a whole lot of SASS! You’ll leave sweating, challenged and wanting more. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to get situated on your bike. Regular sneakers or spin shoes can be used. This program is being offered through a partnership with the Core Connection and Shrewsbury Parks & Recreation! The Core Connection Spin Studio, 299 West Main Street Northborough.
