Crew Rowing
Lake Quinsigamond Community Rowing introduces people to the lifelong sport of crew. Youth from all over Greater Worcester come together for an opportunity to row, to compete, to meet new friends, and to be out in nature, all while getting a great workout. LQCR practices at Regatta Point State Park on Lake Quinsigamond, which is one of the top rowing venues in the country.

Novices and experienced rowers who are in grades 7&8th are coached in singles, doubles, and quads, with the goal of competing in fall head races. Our team focuses on sculling, which is rowing with two oars.
 
Our fall program starts on August 29th and goes through the end of October. Practices are 5 days a week from 4-6 pm with races happening on weekends. The cost of the fall season is $1,025.  This includes all race entry fees. This program is being offered through a partnership with the Regatta Point Community Sailing and Parks & Recreation!
