Class will incorporate poses that range from gentle to intermediate. We will focus on breath and alignment, while bringing awareness to fluctuations of the body and mind. This class is suited to new students as well as experienced practitioners, allowing each student to practice at their own pace. Please bring a mat and other props you may already use in your personal practice. Instructor: Ruth Febo
