WHAT - Shrewsbury Golf Team Practice
WHEN - Sunday 5/21/23 3-5pm (planned starting date)
WHERE - Indian Meadows Golf Course, Westboro, MA
AGES- 16 and up with limited openings (returning golfers given first priority)
WHY - Each returning team needs 4 practice scorecards submitted. New teams require 6 practice scorescards. Practice cards need to be submitted by 7/30/23

August Qualifier Tournament - Sunday August 13th at Indian Meadows for 9 hole golfers & Sunday August 19th at Stow for 18 hole golfers
State Tournament - Sunday September 24th at Stone E Lea in Attleboro, MA
Matt Ruxton with SOMA is working with New England PGA to see if they can host a skills clinic with a local pro for coaches, athletes, and unified partners.
TENTATIVE DATE OF SATURDAY JUNE 24th, LOCATION TBD.

Level III -18 Hole Unified Pair
Level IV - 9 Hole Individual

Process: Important to read-
At the start of each Golf practice, each individual will check in, have their temperature taken and will be asked a number of questions pertaining to Covid. Please stay with your athlete / partner (if they require transportation home) until we know their temperature is acceptable to stay at practice and all questions on the Risk Form have been answered. Thermometers, hand sanitizer and masks have been provided by SOMA.
Only athletes / partners and 1:1 support individuals will be permitted on the track.
Also required: TWO NEW FORMS that must be completed by all athletes / coaches / partners and 1:1 support individuals in order to participate.
The waiver has been mailed out to everyone with a valid Medical or Class A form on file. If anyone receives the mailing and has already completed the waiver, they can disregard the mailing.
