In this 4-week series, you will work out on the Pilates Reformer machine, quickly discovering how this machine can enhance your golf game. We will perform core and stretching exercises to benefit your game by increasing flexibility in your entire body and strengthen areas that are most specific to hitting the ball farther and more accurately. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or enhance your core workout and move your entire body with ease which will provide you with longevity for your game. Wednesdays 10:30a.-11:25am. March 8th – 29th. Only 5 spots available. Non golfers welcome too! $99 for the series.
