Athletes and partners from last year's team will have first priority as long as they register by the deadline.
Assessment Rounds: TBA Transportation provided (must attend to move onto States)
After Assessment Rounds we ask whether you intend on moving on to Summer Games Competition. If you sign up for State Competition and withdraw after the final roster has been submitted to the State you will be assessed for the fee the program will be charged for you to participate. ***The withdrawal fee is $60.00 for track and field***
SUMMER GAMES: June 9-11 
Participation in State Games attendance at practices and lottery put in place by SOMA.
Assessment Round and/or League Play/Open Gym information TBD. Email with full detailed information will be sent out prior to the first practice.
Must be a Shrewsbury resident or current member of the program
Attendance will be taken. If attendance is an issue, you may be removed from the roster.
Weather cancellation policy: Emails sent 2 hours prior to the start of practice.

Also required: TWO NEW FORMS that must be completed by all athletes / coaches / partners and 1:1 support individuals in order to participate. 
Communicable Disease Waiver:
As mentioned, vaccinations are not required, in lieu of vaccinations, SOI has mandated that as of April 1st, 2021, the Communicable Disease Waiver MUST be completed by all registered athletes and volunteers/coaches returning to play. This is a one time form inclusive of all sports with no expiration date. A hard copy of the Communicable Disease Waiver can be completed and brought to the first practice.
Covid 19 Risk Assessment Form:
The second of the two new required forms. Please click on the link below .  This form must be completed and brought to the first practice. You will only need to complete this form one time, again inclusive of all sports. You will, however, be asked these questions each time you attend practice. 
Updated Medical / Class A Forms: may also be accessed at the link below. You have previously been notified if your medical has expired.
