Spin
Ride to the beat of the music while toning your upper body through the use of light hand weights and strength movements on the bike. You’ll leave sweating, challenged and wanting more. Cycling shoes not required. Sneakers can be worn. This program is being offered through a partnership with the Core Connection and Shrewsbury Parks & Recreation! The Core Connection Spin Studio, 299 West Main Street (Times Square Plaza) in Northborough.
