Are you looking to burn fat, firm up all over, and create a tall, lean, graceful body while having fun? Barefoot Cardio is a 50-minute innovative blend of low impact aerobic movement set to music with pilates, dance, yoga and barre inspired moves that will burn fat while sculpting long, lean muscles. your feet are the foundation for your entire body, and working out barefoot, we are better able to work balance, alignment, and posture. it is a joint- friendly, efficient, and enjoyable workout that will improve your overall well-being and prove that working out can feel good! This workout is effective and unique because we burn fat while moving with the control to incorporate all elements of fitness including cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, and stress reduction.
