About the Instructor: Kinga is a certified RYT 200 Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2020.  Join Kinga for a practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind at a gentle and mindful pace.
