Join certified yoga instructor Ms. Britany from SPENGA as she presents a story and simple poses in this program designed for families with children ages 1-4 to participate with a caregiver. Discover how movement can bring stories to life in new ways, strengthening our minds, bodies, breath, and heart! For best experience, a yoga mat, towel, or blanket is recommended. No yoga experience necessary!
