This is a choreographed basic dance aerobics class that begins with a total body stretch and deep breathing to get oxygen into the muscles for best results. Then we begin with FUN and ENERGETIC choreographed dance moves, we use every major muscle group for a TOTAL body workout! Ending with a cool down stretch and standing Abs.
