Slow Flow Yoga with Georgia
Join us for a calming yoga class. Flow with mindful movement to nourish the body, mind and soul in slow-paced postures, ending with a light meditation. Visual guidance will be offered through each movement. Reconnect with yourself in a space of serenity and self-care. All levels, bodies, genders and abilities are warmly welcomed.
This class is FREE and open to the public, but please register below.
What to bring: your own yoga mat and anything for comfort: blocks, blankets, bolsters, a friend. Props are not necessary. Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to arrive and settle. Kindly silence electronics.
