CIT
Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed for teens who want to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on experience working with children, and prepare for future roles as camp counselors. This program provides leadership training, skill building, personal growth, decision making, teamwork, conflict resolution and activity planning. The CIT Program is open to enthusiastic and responsible individuals aged 14-15 years old who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive camp experience.

Program Highlights:
- Leadership and team-building activities
- Hands-on experience assisting camp counselors
- Training in child supervision and conflict resolution
- Opportunities to plan and lead activities
