Learn to Lift with Wormtown Weightlifting
Join Wormtown Weightlifting - home to national-level weightlifters, multi-sport athletes and fitness enthusiasts - for a fun and engaging introduction to Olympic weightlifting!
This 6-week program teaches the fundamentals of the snatch and clean & jerk, along with other strength-building movements. Participants will learn proper technique through warm-ups, drills and coached practice in a safe, supportive environment.

What to Expect:
