Join the Shrewsbury Recreation Department for a sweet adventure at Pure BS Maple Shack! This interactive experience shares about the sweet science of making maple syrup. You will have an opportunity to sample the evolution of syrup (raw sap, sap as it is being processed, syrup and maple cream) while also enjoying the various grades of syrup! Learn about the different ways to tap trees, check out the Shack's evaporator, see the chickens and enjoy a themed craft along with a fire pit and hot chocolate!
